17-Year-Old Hacker Arrested in the UK Linked to GTA 6 Leak

Law enforcement authorities in the United Kingdom have reported the arrest of a 17-year-old hacker in Oxfordshire. The teenager’s name has not been disclosed. According to preliminary information, the arrested individual is believed to be associated with the cybercriminal group LAPSU$, which has previously targeted companies such as Microsoft, Nvidia, and Samsung.

It is suspected that the young man may have been involved in hacking the information systems of the ride-sharing service Uber, as well as leaking confidential data from the upcoming video game Grand Theft Auto 6 online.

The investigation is currently being handled by the UK’s National Crime Agency, which specializes in cybercrime.
