BSFF: Rapid Subconscious Reprogramming Technique

What Is BSFF?
BSFF is derived from classical hypnosis and was adapted for a broad audience by American psychiatrist Larry Nims. It’s a highly focused method that helps eliminate any type of discomfort by removing self-limiting subconscious programs and the emotions they generate. BSFF can help you overcome fears, resentments, and anger. It serves as a ready-to-use guide for resolving psychological issues and eliminating negative beliefs on your own.
After using BSFF, people often experience mental clarity and peace, making it easier to find solutions and achieve goals.
Core Principles of BSFF
- Problems are caused by unresolved negative emotions and beliefs.
- Thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are controlled and limited by subconscious programming.
- Our beliefs determine the purpose, timing, duration, and frequency of psychological symptoms and behaviors.
- Negative belief systems and emotional roots must be completely eliminated for lasting psychological freedom.
- The full history of our psychological problems is recorded in the subconscious.
- Conscious identification or understanding of a problem is not necessary for effective treatment.
- Each individual problem can be eliminated instantly with a single procedure.
- BSFF can effectively address any physical, psychological, or spiritual problem with emotional roots.
How to Practice BSFF
BSFF is a step-by-step process that establishes a connection with your subconscious. The process consists of five main steps. The duration depends on the complexity of the issue, your determination, and your internal resistance.
Step 1: Define Your Goal
The goal of BSFF is to identify the source of your inner discomfort that blocks your potential. Analyze your environment—at home, at work—and determine what causes the most negativity.
Step 2: Choose a Key Phrase
Pick a word or phrase to use as your “key.” It’s best to choose something neutral, without a strong emotional charge (for example, “money” is not recommended). Here are some examples practitioners have used:
- Excellent
- Dynamite
- Let it go
- I can!
- Peace
- Joy
- Do it
- Be free
- Light
You can change your key word or phrase at any time. Your subconscious will only recognize it as a command to begin healing if you use it with the intention to heal.
Come up with your own word or phrase and write it down.
Step 3: Give Instructions to Your Subconscious
Read the following instruction to your subconscious out loud or silently just once. Your subconscious will then always be ready to heal whatever you direct it to. You can add new information later if needed. The instruction will remain active until you tell your subconscious to stop.
Insert your chosen key word or phrase in the blank space:
These instructions are for you, OUR subconscious. Whenever WE consciously notice any problem that WE want you to eliminate, WE will simply think or say aloud our chosen key word or phrase, and you will conduct a full session to eliminate this problem for US using BSFF. The key phrase WE choose for this purpose is “_____________________________”.
You will simultaneously heal all genetic/inherited, ancestral, current, and all dissociated/fragmented parts, emotional roots, and beliefs causing or caused by these problems, and/or any other issues related to or contributing to this experience. This means you will heal all mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of all problems related to this experience, and all dissociated/fragmented parts of OUR personality involved in these problems (all referred to as OUR ALL, WE, OUR, I, MY, etc.).
You will completely eliminate all problems at all levels and in every part of OUR being that may directly or indirectly contribute to, support, or maintain any specific problem WE notice and want you to eliminate. Each time, you will eliminate these problems fully and safely.
This means you, OUR subconscious, will eliminate all and every level of limiting emotional roots and beliefs causing the problem WE indicate. You will also eliminate all roots of roots, and so on, that have appeared throughout our life, during birth, in the womb, and before birth. Each time, you will include all instances—from the very first to the very last—when WE experienced any part of the problem WE signal for elimination.
You will also simultaneously eliminate every Post-Traumatic Stress Factor (PTSF) associated with the problem and caused by each core emotional experience underlying each problem WE eliminate.
You will completely dissolve all these PTSFs so they no longer cause US any mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual discomfort or instability. The PTSFs you eliminate include all seven of the following negative effects on OUR ALL, as well as any other weakening or disruptive effects of the PTSF of the problem being eliminated:
- Shock to OUR system
- Suffering for OUR system
- Stress for OUR system
- Anxiety for OUR system
- Distress for OUR system
- Trauma for OUR system
- Agitation for OUR system
You will do all this for US, whether or not WE consciously know what the problem is, and even if WE cannot define or describe it in words. It is enough for US to simply notice the problem and use OUR KEY PHRASE, and you will heal and eliminate, at all levels of OUR consciousness, subconscious, and being, this problem and all related parts, fully, safely, and permanently.
You will do this for US, regardless of which combination of levels of OUR ALL was involved when these related problems were created or experienced. You will completely and permanently eliminate all problems WE treat, along with any subconscious programs that may cause any vulnerability in US, which could lead to keeping, regaining, or allowing the problem to return in any way, shape, or form.
You will also simultaneously eliminate any problems that could make US vulnerable to the return of any eliminated problem at any time in the future.
Even when WE are treating other problems, you will automatically and independently heal all aspects of each problem until all relevant conclusions about the causes and origins of each healed problem are fully realized and understood by OUR conscious mind.
You will do all this for US, from this moment on, for any problem WE consciously notice and signal you to eliminate by using OUR key phrase or any other word or phrase WE may choose to use for this purpose. All WE need to do is notice the problem and initiate its elimination by saying, thinking, imagining, or otherwise using OUR KEY PHRASE.
Whenever WE are eliminating “stoppers” or any anger, judgment, criticism, or unforgiveness toward ourselves, you will eliminate all those WE may not have eliminated during previous sessions. You will do this regardless of how long ago WE had previous sessions.
Likewise, when WE eliminate any anger, judgment, criticism, or unforgiveness toward another person or group, WE do so for all parts of each person and for all people in the group. This will always be the case, even if WE use the word “you” or use names during the process.
OUR subconscious, when you eliminate any problem WE notice and signal for healing with the KEY PHRASE, you will also automatically include in the process any related problem associated in OUR experience with the problem signaled for healing. You will also include all related problems and/or roots formed or triggered by any possible positions or combinations of head, eyes, or other body parts or functions at the time each of these problems was created or experienced at any time in OUR life.
OUR subconscious, you will always do everything described in this instruction, from this moment on, regardless of our state, circumstances, situation, or mental or emotional condition, or whatever problem WE notice, imagine, or recall. We ask you to signal to US the completion of the elimination of the problem or aspect we are currently working on with BSFF by making US yawn. And WE thank you, deeply appreciate you, and respect you for always being OUR faithful servant.
End of instructions.
These instructions are intentionally comprehensive to ensure that everything related to the problem is addressed, leaving nothing that could trigger the subconscious to recreate the issue.
Basic BSFF Problem Elimination Protocol
The following is an adapted protocol for everyday use, proven effective in practice. It differs slightly from the original protocol by Larry Nims but is suitable for self-help at home.
- Choose a problem you want to resolve. For example, “I’m angry at my neighbor, Glafira Gavriilovna.” Write the problem at the top of a sheet of paper.
- List the aspects of the problem—its components. Write down everything that comes to mind when you think about the problem: emotional reactions, beliefs, thoughts, even strong language. For example:
- Glafira drinks from morning till night
- When she gets drunk, she sings loudly
- Impossible to sleep
- What a fool
- How does the earth carry people like her?
- Her son is a criminal
- She never cleans the stairwell
- And so on, until you run out of aspects
- Starting from the top aspect, read it aloud (or silently), then say your chosen key phrase. Repeat the aspect and key phrase as many times as needed until you start yawning (or, if yawning doesn’t occur, until you feel the aspect no longer bothers you).
- Move to the next aspect and repeat the process with your key phrase until you yawn.
- Continue until all aspects are processed. If new aspects arise during the process, add them to your list and work through them as well.
- After finishing all aspects, say the following Closing Statement:
Now I eliminate, in one go, all remaining parts of the problem _____, as well as all limiting thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and emotions that could make me keep or ever take back the problem _____.
After this, say your key word or phrase. Insert the name of your problem in the blank (e.g., “I’m angry at my neighbor, Glafira Gavriilovna”). Repeat the statement and key phrase as many times as needed until you yawn.
If you’re working on a difficult or persistent problem (like a deep trauma or ingrained habit), after the Closing Statement, perform the Backup Procedure to remove any blocks preventing you from letting go. (See below for the Backup Procedure.)
- If you have more problems to work on in this session, repeat steps 1–6 for each new problem, breaking it down into aspects and processing them in turn.
- When you’ve finished all problems for the session, process the so-called Stoppers. Stoppers are statements that might prevent you from letting go of the problems, usually related to disbelief. Repeat each stopper with your key word or phrase as many times as needed (until you yawn). After about a month of regular practice, you can simply instruct your subconscious, “Now I heal all Stoppers” (and use your key word).
- I’m afraid this treatment won’t help me. Key word.

- I don’t trust myself to act effectively in new ways. Key word.

- I might get back one or more of the problems I’ve healed. Key word.
- Very important: Forgiveness Procedures. Always do these at the end of your session. Forgiveness is key to successful work. If you’ve worked on problems during the day, do the Closing by processing Stoppers (preferably) and the four Forgiveness Procedures below in the evening.
- Forgiveness for others:
Say: “Now I eliminate all my remaining anger, criticism, judgment, and unforgiveness toward everyone involved in all the problems I worked on this session.” Key word.
Repeat until you yawn. Then, tapping your thumb on any other finger of the same hand, say three times: “I forgive you all, you did the best you could.” - Forgiveness for God:
Say: “Now I eliminate all my remaining anger, criticism, judgment, and unforgiveness toward God for all the problems I worked on this session.” Key word.
Repeat until you yawn. Then, tapping your thumb on any other finger, say three times: “I forgive you, God, you do the best you can.” (For believers: “You are always with me and care for me,” or similar.) - Forgiveness for the world and life in general:
Say: “Now I eliminate all my remaining anger, criticism, judgment, and unforgiveness toward the world and life in general for all the problems I worked on this session.” Key word.
Repeat until you yawn. Then, tapping your thumb on any other finger, say three times: “I forgive you, world, you are as you are.” - Forgiveness for yourself:
Say: “Now I eliminate all my remaining anger, criticism, judgment, and unforgiveness toward myself for all the problems I worked on this session.” Key word.
Repeat until you yawn. Then, tapping your thumb on any other finger, say three times: “I forgive myself, I do the best I can.”
After this, your session is complete.
- Forgiveness for others:
On-the-Fly Problem Processing
While working with lists is the most effective for rapid change, BSFF can also be used “on the fly” to neutralize negative emotions as they arise. For example, if someone cuts you off in traffic, you can repeat, “Jerk (key word),” as many times as needed until you yawn. If other thoughts (aspects) come up, process them with your key word as well. This way, negativity doesn’t get stored in your subconscious but is eliminated as it appears, gradually removing its roots over time.
At the end of the day, it’s recommended to do the Closing by processing Stoppers (preferably) and Forgiveness (always).
