Our history
A few years ago, a small group of enthusiasts kept running into the same problem: finding safe and working links online was becoming harder and harder. Existing aggregators were often flooded with outdated addresses, phishing attempts, or endless ads. What should have been a quick search turned into wasted time — and sometimes real risks.
We started with a tiny database of manually verified links, originally built just “for friends.” People we knew shared their discoveries, and we carefully checked every single one — removing suspicious or broken sites. Over time, the collection kept growing, and it became clear: it was time to make it open to everyone.
That’s how our directory was born. From day one, our mission was simple — to create a transparent, trustworthy, and safe service. We built in regular automated link checks and combined them with manual moderation. As a result, users can always be confident that the links they find here are active, relevant, and secure.
We also made an important decision: no ads, no data sales, no shady business models. Unlike many platforms, we don’t profit from our users. Our project is supported entirely by community donations, which allows us to stay independent and earn your trust.
Today, our link directory has grown into an open, ever-expanding resource used by thousands of people around the world every single day. We’re proud that what started as a small hobby project has become a valuable tool that makes the internet a little safer — and a lot more convenient.
