II. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Section
- Communication and manipulation: strategies, roles, and practical techniques. Working with communication states.
- Presuppositions of a successful communicator.
- Meta-model: experience, structure, model history, generalizations, distortions, deletions. 12 types of questions.
- Modalities. Submodalities. “Swish” technique. “Design Human Engineering” technique. Working with visual rapport.
- Three perceptual positions. Anchors. Working with states. “Circle of Excellence” technique. Resources. Eye accessing cues.
- Calibration (working with states), rapport + matching + leading.
- Language patterns. Beliefs. Presuppositions in speech.
