NLP: A Journey Into the Future

NLP: A Journey Into the Future

Discover an effective method for working on yourself and your future. Here are practical recommendations you should follow exactly as described. This is an interesting and simple technique for self-development and shaping your future.

You can do this exercise on your own, even during a self-hypnosis session:

The effect is quite remarkable. According to experience, more than 80% of the images people see during this process come true in one way or another.

This technique is especially effective during the time leading up to the New Year!

  1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
  2. Imagine yourself flipping through the pages of your life book, moving forward by a day, two days, a month… What is happening? Who is around you? What do you hear and see? Good.
  3. If you currently have tasks or difficulties: Imagine a workbook (like in school) that contains all your problems and tasks. Flip through it and look at them from the outside. At the end of the workbook, all the answers are given—how you will resolve everything in the best and most efficient way possible. Take a look there… Everything is resolved. Read or visualize how you succeeded. What did you do to achieve this? Who or what helped you? How do your difficulties look to you from the outside? Good.
  4. Now, mentally flip your life book one year ahead. What are you like in a year? What important things have happened in your life? Who surrounds you? What do you look like? What do you hear? What do you feel? Imagine your future self in vivid detail. In a relaxed state, your unconscious mind will help you see this clearly—you might even be surprised by what you see. Examine and feel every aspect: emotions, sensations, thoughts, and images. It’s especially important that your feelings are positive and desirable.
  5. Come out of the relaxed state and write down everything you saw, heard, and felt. Write a letter to yourself dated December 24, 2019. Seal it and put it away for a year. Read it a year later.

Thank your wise unconscious mind for the information it shared with you.

Wishing you all the very best!
