FAQ for the “Operational Psychodiagnostics V.2.0” Training

Friends, we’ve put together this FAQ to answer all your questions in advance!
1. What is the format of the training?
- Text-based lectures lasting 3-5 hours in a private Telegram channel.
- Diverse materials: text, photos, tables, diagrams, and images.
- Discussions and feedback in a dedicated student chat.
- Regular homework assignments with reporting.
- Feedback on homework assignments.
- Skill calibration practice via a private bot.
2. How long does the training last?
- Start date: 07/06/2020
- End date: 08/06/2020
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Total sessions: approximately 12-15, depending on student progress
3. Is there a set schedule for the training?
Classes are held on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays—three times a week. Each session includes a homework assignment. A detailed schedule with times will be provided later.
4. Who usually takes your course?
Our clients typically fall into five groups:
- Those working in sales, advertising, or procurement
- People in management positions at various companies
- Business owners
- Those looking to overcome communication barriers
- Those wanting to develop or improve communication and manipulation skills for various purposes, from dating to business negotiations
5. What if I can’t complete the full course? Can I access the materials later?
You can receive all course materials individually. If you miss a session, you can ask questions about the material via the bot or directly to the instructor. However, missing a session does not exempt you from completing homework assignments.
6. Can I reserve a spot now and pay the rest later?
Yes, you can. The deposit is 5,000 rubles. The remaining balance must be paid after the third session; otherwise, you will be removed from the channel and all chats.
7. Do you offer payment plans?
Only if you have already paid 50% of the course cost.
8. Do you offer discounts?
- 25% discount for previous students
- 15% “kickback” from the course price for each student you refer. Bring in new students and get a 15% bonus from the course fee!
9. The schedule doesn’t work for me. Can I get a personalized plan?
This is one of your favorite questions. It’s possible.
- You receive the materials and study them on your own.
- You can ask any questions via the bot or directly to the instructor.
- You receive answers and homework assignments.
- Note: The timing is agreed upon in advance.
10. Is there a limit to the number of spots?
Yes, it’s limited by the instructors’ capacity. We don’t just provide information—we also answer all your questions and help you if something isn’t clear. There are only 15 spots available.
11. What are my chances of successfully completing the course?
High, as long as you ask questions and engage with the material—we’re here to help. Completing assignments and practicing is mandatory. Your success depends largely on your own effort, but we don’t just give you the material and leave you on your own. Typically, everyone who participates and studies completes the course successfully.
12. Are your materials publicly available?
Yes and no.
- We process dozens of textbooks and manuals that are publicly available—you can easily find them.
- We also use materials and courses that are not publicly available; these are all paid resources that we purchase, as they are rarely shared and are highly specialized, not intended for a mass audience. We have bought most of them ourselves.
- We synthesize various materials, news, case studies, and articles. Some are public, some are not.
13. Will I be able to make money after your course?
Good question. That depends entirely on you. We don’t teach you how to MAKE MONEY, but rather specific SKILLS that you can later monetize. How you do that is up to you. Usually, students figure out how and where to apply their new knowledge. But remember, we don’t teach “get rich quick” schemes. We teach real, useful skills. Think of us like a university: each subject has a curriculum and class schedule. There’s recommended reading, which you can study on your own, or you can get a summary and intensive training packed with practice and feedback.
